Disabled person is in urgent need of an air conditioner.
A portable or window unit is needed to cool his room.
It’s very hot in his room- it’s affecting his health.

Waterloo or Guelph PLEASE contact me.
Sometimes people upgrade to central air - maybe they have an air conditioner they’d like to rehome.
He is pretty much homebound.
