Curb find: leather chair (Bloor St W & South Kingsway)

Saw this black leather chair outside of 79 Riverview Gardens today around 2 pm. It looked it good condition (I didn't notice any scratches or rips). Unfortunately garbage day is tomorrow starting as early as 7 am, you'd need to pick up ASAP.
