Tall cat tree (Upper West Side)
64 inches tall, heavy, beige carpeting. Structure is sound, carpet has come away in some places, but some sisal or carpet pieces would make it perfect again. Top bed, two shelves, and a cubby hole. You'll need a hand truck or car to take it, though; two people if you live close by.
