3/4 seater sofa and arm chair (Tolworth KT5)

I am offering a family 3/4 sofa and matching arm chair. Sizes are: sofa 238cm width by 96cm depth by 80 cm height. Comes with fire resistance label ( see photo). The sofa has washable covers. It splits into 2 units for easy moving. Matching arm chair : 104 cm width by 96cm depth by 80 cm height. Comes with fire resistance label ( see label). All covers are washable. Colour is terracotta with a leaf embossed pattern. Comes from a non smoking non pet household. Both items have to go as one offer as they will not be split. You will need a van and 2 people to collect. You will not be able to put the items into a car boot ( not even an estate car). Comes with all the cushions as seen in the pictures. In really good condition, no staining or marks. Please don’t make contact if you have previously failed to collect items from me.
