Frog pond or something suitable like an old jacuzzi (Burbage SK17)

I’m looking for something that is water tight can be buried and used as a pond for the frogs at my allotment. If anyone is ridding an old jacuzzi this might work or something similar with shallow areas so the frogs can get out
