Good shape, but base is missing.
An inexpensive, alternative base could be created be burying a 3-gallon plastic garden pot in the ground and filling that pot with cement around the bottom of the pole, after wrapping the bottom of the pole in plastic, to the pole and umbrella could be removable when not in use.
