Nespresso Citiz coffee machine, technically this is still working but some of the coffee goes down the back and into the drip tray instead of into the coffee cup. We have tried descaling and it hasn't resolved the issue.
It may just need a really deep clean or something else but we haven't time to look into it so we've purchased a new one.
Could either be taken for someone to try and fix, use for spare parts or just general electrical education to take a part and put back together again etc.
