Tall Cylinder style lamp (Chorlton M21)

Tall Cylinder style lamp, shade going low to the base, as per example. It would helpful as I have photophobia/hypersensitive eyes. l would then be able to read in bed as my eyes would have no contact with bulb when lying lower in bed as it does with current lamp.
