Outdoor umbrella stand (Mold CH7)

The stand has been out side for a few years and needs a little tlc to smarten it up a bit and to remove a little rust on the inside of the pipe. It has also lost its tightening screw but in case it helps the width of the pipe is 5.5cm. It is very heavy, in fact too heavy for me to move it other than by wheeling it. Even the stormiest Welsh storms have failed to move it even a fraction. Unlikely to blow away!!!
