tv with dvd and remote (dublin)

lady in her 60s looking for tv can be small, with combi dvd player with remote or just tv but small where i can add a scart cart . its just so i can watch dvd, thats all.cant have a smart tv but have no idea what cable i need as tv as no scart , i dont go out much so would help, or small portable cd player, to hold in hand so would listen to music. just good working condition please thanks
