Cordless shark vac, not working (SK4 Heaton chapel)

Hi all
Giving away this vac
Belts and brushes work, but hardly any suction, and motor making a funny noise.
Checked all the filters were unblocked , still the same
Very well built vac and would fixing it if someone could
To chargeable battery packs included along with charger
