Cream self patterned floral jacquard type fabric, very good condition. Designed to go above curtains or blinds as decorative effect known as ‘Swags & Tails’ strongly associated with the Victorian era, although they can be used in other styles as well. They were a popular window treatment during the Victorian period, particularly in homes seeking a sense of opulence and formality.
