Plugs into the wall. I think it's real leather? But part of the arms is not real leather and is deteriorating (see pic). I just throw a blanket over it. It can come apart into 4 pieces which will fit into a regular sedan.

I don't have any details on this, it was gifted to us by my mother in law. It reclines to mostly flat, maybe like 30 degree angle? It plugs into a regular outlet and can be bolted to the floor.
