Real leather sofa bed in good to fair condition. No rips, but usual signs of wear.
Dimensions Length 177cm, Depth 95, height 80cm with cushions.
Sofa bed mechanism with foam mattress is new. Suitable for children or probably one light adult only as it is quite ‘springy’.
Probably sofa would be best for kids room or guest room. Still very comfortable to sit on.
