Hand crank sewing machine (needs fixing) (Frankley B45)

I have an old hand crank sewing machine I bought to do up. It has lots of bits and bobs, but there is a screw missing underneath so it doesn't work. It just needs someone with the time to find a matching screw and give it done tlc.
