The zips work but the extendable pull along handle has broken - something has broken inside the shaft so it pulls all the way out.
The two fabric handles work, as do the wheels, so you can still pull it if you bend down. Or maybe a child can pull it along using the fabric handle.

From a smoke free home, but could do with a bit of a clean externally.
