pc monitor & pci graphics card (Droylsden M18)

Hi there good people I e been trying to get a full working pc together I'm nearly there I'm after a monitor and a pci graphics card then I will be up and running if anyone out there can help me I would be so grateful to them..I don't drive so if not to far I could get bus or cycle
