Cat tree for up-cycling (Pollokshaws Road (G41))

A very well loved cat tree, 139cm high. It needs the fabric and scratching rope replaced, and tightened up as it's become very shoogly. Someone handy and creative might be able to make something lovely and keep it out of landfill a bit longer!
