Missing the straps, but p.1 of the manual says the straps are optional and you can easily replicate the function with a strip of cloth.
The screenshot of the app shows the weight of the black bag (not included) and instruction manual shown in the photo of the scale itself. This serves as evidence that the scale and the bluetooth connection work.
