Pond pump/filter and some liquid to clear a murky pond (Waterlooville PO7)

These have been stored in my parents shed for some time, I am not 100% sure what it is but it is a filter but it has a plug so whether it ultraviolet as well or is a pump I don’t know. If you are interested you will need to do some research or know what it is.
