Used. Condition: good overall. Gasoline engine (Subaru SP-170): probably fair/poor condition. The engine might not start or continue running.
This washer has been in storage for the past 10+ years. It was working ok before that.
Pressure hose is included. I can't find the wand ATM. That's an IOU.
