mac mini m1 or newer for a non profit coding project (Queensbury NW9)

Hi all - I have created an app for android and pc for a hobby and released it for free to the public. I got requests to make an ios/macos version but to do this I need to code it on mac hardware which i don't have access to and cant justify buying just to release free software. If there is anyone here with a suitable machine (apparently it needs to an arm based mac) that I can have so it will be great
