BS6. Electric scooter for project/spares/repair (City of Bristol BS6)

My son bought this scooter in order to get it on the road. He didn’t and I’m fed up with seeing it around. I told him if he hadn’t tried by end July then I’d give it to someone who might. So, if anyone else can be bothered….its not currently working….but might be a good summer project for someone - or used for spares/repairs
