Hospital style adjustable bed (Baseline/Greenbank)

This used bed is easy to disassemble but still takes up substantial room to transport.
I recommend two people come to work together.

You need to get your own specialized mattress as standard sizes don't fit or flex properly.

Works well - bed rises and lowers, head and legs rise and lower independently or together. It can be a bit squeaky on occasion.
