This is a Hikvision DS-2CD2186G2-ISU 8MP AcuSense Dome Network Camera 2.8mm lens with a damaged cable.
As far as know, the camera still works and all the parts are here.
Just needs someone to splice, solder or otherwise reconnect the cables to the inline RJ45 socket.
