• 1 motorized hospital bed (120x220 cm) that looks like a regular home bed, including the mattress — located in the garage
• 1 mattress (90x220 cm) with bed frame — located in the garage
• 1 two 2-seat sofa with a pull-out bed underneath — located on the ground floor
