OK this is a single hole kitchen faucet, in brushed nickel, with a side sprayer (not a pulldown sprayer). It's only a few months old.

The problem? We had some sediment (whatever) get in the water supply and it got into the faucet and reduced the water flow to being useless. We tried replacing the cartridge, no luck.

So we've replaced the whole faucet with another.

If you think you're handy and might be able to clean it out, you'll have a nice almost new faucet. Comes with the flex connect hoses.
