Recovery Disc for HP Laptop on Windows 10
Does anyone have or can make a Recovery Disc for my HP Laptop on Windows 10? For some reason it won't allow me to connect to the internet or allow certain programs to set up and the Recovery Manager is the main one so my only option is that I will have to use a disc to install all the set up operating files. I have already backed up my Documents to an external drive.
