rolling wood platform (Groton)

A rugged platform with casters that I built to help our dog get into a car. However, she still prefers to have someone hold her hindquarters and lift her in. She is quite agile and athletic otherwise, so I think she is just being lazy.
Perhaps one could attach a handle and use it as a cart. Or turn it upside down and make a planter. The plywood top is pressure treated.
This is a heavy item that will require 2 people to move it; I can help somewhat.
