USB port to plugs elec. outlet (St Pete - Central Oak Park)

Hi, I bought this fan had it delivered, not realizing it plugs into USB port like a cell phone charger cord. If you have an extra one that this plugs into then plugs into electrical outlet in wall, I will appreciate so can use the fan. Thanks (pic attached)
