Reflector lights (Galveston texas)

Hello my freecycle family once again I come to u for a little help. So appearently there is a stupid bike law here on the Island that I didnt kno about bcuz we are new here, my boys were arrested lastnight bcuz they didnt have lights on their bikes. HOW DUMB IS IT TO JUST GET OFF WORK AND BE ON YOUR WAY HOME AND GET PULLED OVER AND TOOK TO JAIL BCUZ U DIDNT HAVE SOME LIGHTS ON YOUR BIKE….DUMB DUMB DUMB! Im sorry im ranting a little bcuz my boys are good kids and dont get in trouble and dont bother anybody for this to happen to them. Anyway Im asking If anybody has some reflectors or lights that their not using and dont mine dropping them off please and Thank u so much
