Singer Sewing Machine - or Easy To Use Machine (Barons Court W6)

Would really appreciate something in good working condition, a hand turned machine would be really great or an electric one, needs to be a tabletop one not too far from Hammersmith and Fulham as need to carry it. Thankyou for considering , kind regards
