Brand new-- only used 2 days while waiting for A/C to get fixed.
2 speed, electric plug in.
Accordion expander to fit most single windows
Has feet you can put on for table/desk/floor use

NOTE: There is one corner on the accordion frame where the cheap plastic broke when I was trying to pull the accordion out--as it was in there tight. (See pics)
But it does not affect its use at all.
The body's screws might need to be loosened a tiny bit to make the accordion come out a little easier?
