Vacuum cleaner (Joppa EH15)

I need some spare parts to get my Black and Decker vacuum cleaner VL2040 model working again. The parts aren’t sold these days. Does anybody have one which they should have disposed of long ago? If it’s still working so much the better. We can negotiate a price. Thanks.
