40th birthday celebration stuff? (Kendal LA9)

Hello all! Does anyone happen to have any shiny, colourful birthday banners - ideally for a 40th birthday celebration - perhaps used once and now languishing in a drawer somewhere? And/or balloons? If so I'd love to collect them today, please (Sunday 3rd August)! Just thought I'd ask on the offchance, before going out to buy some (which have been requested, but no doubt they'll be non-recyclable and made of plastic... boooooo). Thanks in advance, Jenny
