Carpet about 19 square metres (Sharrow S11)

Good quality striped carpet...it's currently down in our lounge but will be taken up over the next few days, so I can arrange when it'll work for it to be picked up.
The room measures 4.6 m x 4.1 m...so approximately just under 19 square metres of carpet.
There are places on the carpet where there is obvious wear and tear...please see all photographs, but hopefully there is enough carpet for it to be utilised.
