Mature blackcurrant plant (OX1 henwood)

Just harvested today sunday - see pic - good yield
Then pruned - quite randomly
Then pulled out. Has extensive roots - see pic.
Pulled at 2:15 on sunday.
Roots now bagged up.

I know it’s not the right season but i want the space cleared.
The sooner replanted the better
