RC lipo battery charger or battery (Bradford on Avon BA15)

Hi all, does anyone have a lipo battery charger? I think the battery has got a low voltage issue so I just need to charge it using very low current (0.1A). Or if anyone has one of these batteries they no longer want, that would be great too :). 7.4V 360mAh battery is used for my son's RC truck. Thanks.
