haven't used this pack in a long time and think i won't use it again! Good condition - outer cotton/canvas/ mesh/straps/ padding all totally fine. Zips work. Is old but had very light use. Some of the inner lining seems slightly sticky - as tho worn - but this doesn't apply to pockets . Assume that '45' indicates capacity. Would say good for teenager or not very strong woman! Can pack a lot in!
