For older person's garden (Hanworth TW13)

My 96 yo friend can no longer manage his garden and I am helping to make it a safer, more attractive place to be but also with minimal care needs. If anyone has some left over artificial grass, decorative stones, or any other suitable items I would very much appreciate it.
