Our eldest has the smallest room and has now got a partner and they're squished in the small room & bed when they visit. Just graduated from Uni, and not yet got a full time job so hoping we can find a queen size / small double to save them some money. (Needs to be frame type not divan as cold corner room so need air to circulate to minimise risk of damp spots) bedroom width length is 2m10cm so to fit this and approx 1mt 20cm wide for bed should enable the door to open close.
