Small amount of tile adhesive and tile grout (Cam GL11)

Hello,

I'm looking for a small amount of waterproof wall tile adhesive, enough for about two square foot of tiles and a similar amount of white grout, either powder or ready mix.

Stupidly small amounts given the smallest size tubs of the stuff that shops sell but possibly someone will have some left over from a job they've completed.
