Girls bike 18inch or 20inch (Huthwaite NG17)

My Girl is autistic and struggles with balance but wants to learn how to ride a bike. She’s 7 but mentally around 5 so if anyone has a bike preferably with stabilisers but even without as I’m not sure they come that big with them still on? Thank you
