Gait Belt (Pawtucketville / Lowell)

Hi all, we're looking for a gait belt to help my Dad with transfers. He's a XXL guy now and in his prime was 6'1".
I'm also looking for suggestions from anyone else who has helped someone go from being able to walk with a walker to bedridden (and remaining safely at home.) We're turning a corner on his Parkinson's.
