3.5 cu ft chest freezer NOT WORKING (alief south west)

this freezer does not work either pay to fix it cheaper then buying new one repair maybe cost $80-100 vs buying new $150.00 unless you have someone who can fix it its only pick up after 930pm NIGHT TIME DOES NOT FREEZE...
