Not entirely sure what this is: it clearly connects to the accessory socket in a car, has USB ports, and has controls for a phone or media player. It also looks like it has an SD card slot on the top.
Given to me as part of a collection of cables and adapters to use or dispose of; it's not something I've used myself.
