Flyd Whip Skittles (Livonia)

I was picking up litter on Newburgh Road median and I found a Flyd Whip Skittles container. Apparently it is frosting that might be used commercially (?). The container seems full (640 grams on the label). It seems to take a special screw on nozzle to dispense.
