Adjustable piano stool in need of repair (Upton CH2)

Reasonably nice piano stool. The metal insert for the bolt has fallen out of one of the legs. I have the bolt but I think the insert broke. If you know how to fix it, it will be a nice low cost way of getting a piano stool!
