Is anyone taking a Beco fridge freezer to tip? (Ripon HG4)

I’m looking to get the freezer baskets from a Beco Freezer. My freezer is w irking but the baskets have broken and I am looking to replacing them. I tried the tip but they were unable to let me have them. Thanjs Gloria Ripon.
