Election Posters or Posterboard (Museum Luas)

Looking for a few old corrugated plastic style election posters to be reused for lining planters in a garden. The planters are quite deep and I will have to cut the posters to size. I will also have to fill the void with something similar to loose fill cavity wall insulation beads. Thank you
